Privacy Policy


Introduction: When we receive personal data about you, it is our goal that you trust that we process your personal data in a transparent and secure manner. Therefore, it is important to us that you read through this Privacy Policy as it will inform you about our handling of your personal data.

Who we are:
We, TEMP-TEAM A/S and our sister companies, Vester Farimagsgade 6, 2nd floor, 1606 Copenhagen V, are the data controller for the personal data processed. If you choose to share your personal information with us, we will use that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies, the protection of the personal data that you choose to share with us is of paramount importance. The personal data is therefore handled and protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Act. In addition to the Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, which can be found on our website, applies. For technical information and cookies see Appendix 1 (see at bottom).

When do we collect personal data:
At TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies, we only collect the necessary information about you. The types of information that we collect are below.

Why we collect your personal data
We collect and process your data in order to perform daily operational tasks, including HR tasks, temporary agency services, salary payments, recruitment, personal development, payroll administration and personnel management.

More specifically, your personal data is processed in order to be able to:

  1. Send you job offers and/or information about our services and other activities and to be able to coordinate these with your requirements and qualifications
  2. Contact you regarding job offers, newsletters and promotions
  3. Assess your suitability and whether you are available in connection with job offers
  4. Conclude, maintain and terminate an employment and/or personnel relationship
  5. Create and maintain an agreement with our customers
  6. Assist you with your personal development
  7. Manage and secure your information
  8. Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  9. Comply with labour legislation, collective agreements and other relevant rules when we have entered into an agreement with you

What general personal data we collect about you:
We process the personal data necessary to provide our services. If you are to be able to use our services, some of this information is mandatory. It may be necessary to collect additional information in order to better match our tasks with your requirements and qualifications and to meet customer requests. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and relevant.

This section specifically concerns documents with personal data.

Upon registration:
    • Name and address information, email address and other contact information
    • Date of birth, age and gender
    • CV with information on education, work experience and language skills
    • Information regarding relevant courses, training, tests and certificates
    • Information regarding periods of unemployment
    • Information about the next of kin and their contact data
    • Other information that is or could be important in relation to the assessment of your competencies, including references and test results
    • Possible video presentation

When you start a job for TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies:
    • Social Security number
    • Nationality
    • Photographic Identification
    • Information about unemployment insurance fund and any leave of absence
    • Work and residence permits (only for persons from countries other than the EU and EEA)
    • Other information in relation to personnel administration, salary and registration of absences

As a rule, we do not process sensitive information about you, unless there are special situations. Sensitive data relate to racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs and the processing of data concerning health. In addition, information about criminal convictions and criminal offences under Danish law is considered semi-sensitive information.

Who do we share your personal data with:
TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies may disclose your personal data to customers and subcontractors (e.g. data processors) who perform tasks on TEMP-TEAM's or our sister companies’ behalf, public authorities, pension companies, employers' associations, and in any other cases where we may be required to do so, e.g. by law, judgment or order. We only disclose your personal data to the above-mentioned recipients. Personal data is provided on the basis of a legitimate interest, legal obligation and/or in order to fulfil the contract in accordance with the purposes set out under the section "Why do we collect your personal data". The personal data we collect about you is not transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.

How long do we keep your personal data:
We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this section. The time period of storage depends on the applicable statutory time limits for the storage of data.

If you have not yet worked for TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies:
If you have not worked for TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies, your job information, CV, work experience, education, test results, etc. are available 2 years after the last contact with TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies, unless you have asked otherwise.

If you work or have worked for TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies:
Your personal data will be stored for five years from your last employment contract in that financial year. This is required by the rules of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Certain personal data is available to TEMP-TEAM or our sister companies for a longer period of time, e.g. for use in connection with complaints, industrial injuries or tax obligations. If you no longer wish to be registered, you can notify info.recruitment@temp-team.dk. You will then no longer be contacted or receive job offers from TEMP-TEAM or our sister companies.

Personal data relating to business relationships:
TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies process the personal data of relevant persons working for companies with which we cooperate. We do this in order to provide quotes for and/or provide information about our services and other activities, request and review offers and information about services and products to TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies, maintain a business relationship, and enter into agreements for and manage orders. We process personal data for business contacts, including names, titles, contact information and follow-up on previous interviews. TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies may disclose personal data from business associates to applicants or candidates, business partners and subcontractors (e.g. data processors) who provide services on behalf of TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies, as well as in all other cases where TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies may be required to do so by judgment or order. The personal data may be transferred to other countries, however, only countries within the EU and EEA. TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies have taken the necessary measures to ensure that all personal data disclosed is properly protected against loss or unlawful processing.

Your rights:
When TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies processes your information, you have the following rights:
  • You have the right to request access, rectification or erasure of your personal data
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your data restricted
  • You have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes
  • If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before your withdrawal of your consent
  • You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided yourself in a structured, readable format – data portability
  • You can exercise your rights by withdrawing your consent, for example by unsubscribing. To do this, send an email to info.recruitment@temp-team.dk

For candidates, temporary workers and interim employees:
If you have a profile in our system, you can access a large part of the personal data registered about you by logging on to our system via the website. You can change a range of information by yourself at any time, e.g. by changing your CV or your information in general. If you wish to access your processed personal data and/or to change or delete the data that you cannot change yourself, please contact TEMP-TEAM or one of our sister companies.

Security:
TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies secure and protect your personal data from loss and unlawful use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical security measures. There is only authorized access to your information. To the extent that data is provided to the data processors who provide services or perform tasks on TEMP-TEAM's or our sister companies’ behalf, TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies ensure that an agreement has been entered into with them that they effectively secure the personal data.

We strive to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Change:
TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies may elect to make additions or changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest privacy statement can be read at any time on our websites. This privacy policy was prepared in June 2018 and updated in 2019.

TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies automatically collects data about the users of the websites, such as:
  • IP-address
  • Date and time of use of the websites
  • The operating system you are using
  • The parts of the website you visit
  • The pages of the website you have visited
  • The information you have seen
  • Information about the equipment you have used
  • Your geographic location
  • The material you send to or download from the website

None of the information collected can identify you as a user. This information is used to administer and improve the websites. Technical data may be disclosed to third parties and stored for future use. TEMP-TEAM and our sister companies uses cookies and web statistics. We do this to see how visitors use our website.
